Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel great about your purchase. If it’s not the right fit, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returns (including opened/used items)
You may return your item within 30 days, even if it has been opened or used, as long as:

• all pieces are included, and

• it’s returned in reasonably good condition.

How to start a return
Email us at team@flutespoon.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll email return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds
Once your return is received and processed, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days after delivery of your return for processing.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging so we can make it right quickly.
